Driver Must:

• Provide a valid boater's Pleasure Craft Operators Card
  
• Remove ALL garbage from boat after use
• NOT bring alcohol into boat
  
• NOT make a wake driving in and out of bay
  
• NOT use boat after dusk or before dawn
